Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Puerto Rico

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

Howard and Lorraine were the best hosts I’ve ever had in my time on airbnb. Howard was extremely helpful in terms of providing us with recommendations, directions, and everything else we needed during our stay. “Sara’s place” is stunning. Beautiful views, relaxing, and well kept. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Howard and Lorraine for an amazing stay. Thank you for your flexibility and hospitality!

Abby's retreat is a great, spacious, comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Many places to go in walking distance. I enjoyed my time there

Dora was a fantastic Host! Always answered the phone for any questions we might have had. We never had any concerns with her home it was beautiful, comfy and most of all awesome! When we arrived we had waters in the fridge! Her home has beach chairs and a small cooler which we used every single day and the washer and dryer were amazing as well. When I go back this is the only place I would like to stay! Thank you a million Dora, can’t wait to see you again.

My sister and I decided to stay here as part of our trip to Puerto Rico, and wish that we could have stayed longer. This was probably one of the nicest Airbnbs either of us has stayed at. Everything was newly renovated, worked well, and was extremely clean. The bed was super comfy, and there was a TV in the bedroom and the living area that worked well. We were also able to use a washer and dryer on site (they worked perfectly). When we got there, we were greeted by Nelci and her husband and had a great conversation with them. They shared locations to visit and where to eat, and they even offered some items to use (like a fishing net) if we wanted to. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would. Not only was the accommodation clean and comfortable, but the host was super responsive and kind. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Puerto Rico!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Ivettes place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches - snacks, guidebooks, A/C, toiletries, and plenty of towels! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Esther was a great host very responsive and made sure we made it to the house ok, the house was very nice and cozy just what we were looking for we had a great experience we would definitely book again when in the area.

I stayed at Janette’s for just under a month and was happy with my time spent. Definitely a space for 1 or 2 people max, but comfortable and has everything you need. Janette is so kind, friendly and proactive. I’ll be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Georgina's Airbnb we rented 2 units side by side(#5 & #6). The communication with the host Jorge prior and during the stay was excellent. The unit had a binder with extensive information about the apartment and instructions. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and provided all essential items needed. The lobby was very clean and offered all day coffee service, snacks and fruits. The staff on site was very helpful and ensured the property is well maintained and clean. Security to enter and leave the premises was great and free parking as well. The location is perfect close to Ashford Avenue where you can find restaurants, entertainment and the beach. I would definitely stay there again when I visit P.R. and highly recommend Georgina's Airbnb. Thank you Jorge and staff for a wonderful stay!
