The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.
