Soggiorno perfetto e Konstanza si è presa cura di noi! La struttura è accogliente ottima la posizione!

Siamo stati ospiti a Rupa per una notte durante un viaggio e questo alloggio si è rivelato una scelta perfetta per chi è di passaggio o in viaggio. La posizione è comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, ideale per una sosta. L'alloghio è molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni servizio necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Un grande grazie alla proprietaria, che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, nonostante il nostro arrivo in tarda serata. È stata davvero cordiale e ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo posto dove cenare nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una sistemazione tranquilla, pulita e ben gestita. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Boravak u ovom smještaju bio je lijepo iskustvo! Prostor je bio čist, udoban i dobro opremljen sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Lokacija je odlicna, blizu grada i plaze, ali ujedno mirna i opuštajuća. Posebno zelim pohvaliti Martu, koja je bila nevjerojatno ljubazna i uslužna. Od trenutka dolaska, dočekala me je s osmijehom i dala korisne savjete o mjestima koja vrijedi posjetiti u okolici. Uvijek je bila dostupna za sva pitanja i brige, što je naš boravak učinilo još ugodnijim. Toplo preporučujem ovaj smještaj svima koji traže savršenu kombinaciju udobnosti, čistoće i izvanredne usluge. Definitivno se vracam opet!

Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Unterkunft! Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt, sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage und generell das Haus ist schön ruhig, mit einem Spaziergang erreicht man Strand und die Stadt Rovinj problemlos. Das Zimmer ist schön groß, es ist genügend Platz für alles, auch das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden. Sehr positiv: gratis Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Und auch Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann die Unterkunft jeden sehr empfehlen und würde sie wieder buchen :)

Savica and her daughter Dolores were great hosts and their B & B in Rupa was a perfect place to stopover on our trip from Croatia to Italy. The rooms were nice and each had a clean, renovated bathroom. There is a really great pub close by. Our group of 8 were really impressed with the location, cost, and cleanliness. Would highly recommend!

When i book a B&b i always hope to find a place like this. Small , beautifull place with friendly host. Outside sitting space. Very good breakfast. Price - quality superb. Thank you Sandra, and Tomas for the hospitality! Tip , we stayed 2 nights and did a truffle hunting with Tomas and his dogs. Good cycling area too!

Smještaj je bio odličan. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i susretljivo. Pozicija pansiona je odlična tako da smo uživali u miru i ljepoti kraja. Brzo se stiže do svih lijepih i važnih lokacija. Doručak je bio fantastičan, kao i vino i plata koju smo kušali na večer. Naša mala djeca su uživala. Oduševio nas je stilski namještaj u hodnicima kao i uređenje sobe i kupaonice. Šteta što smo predvidjeli samo jedno noćenje. Svima ćemo preporučiti ovaj smještaj.

Que dire… à part que ce lieu est fabuleux. A la fois à l’écart et en même temps proche de nombreuses villes comme Piran, Izola, Trieste, Pula,… L’endroit est un havre de paix, de calme et de détente : une super piscine, un frigo remplit de boissons, des transats..même la possibilité de bénéficier d’un massage! Le petit déjeuner est rempli de produits frais et locaux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Et surtout nos hôtes sont d’une grande gentillesse : toujours là pour de bons conseils et en même temps d’une grande discrétion. Bref, difficile de faire mieux que ce petit paradis.

The Hotel is right in the heart of Fasana and the view from our room was amazing!

From the initial booking Lorena’s communication was excellent. She gave me clear instructions on where to park and she met us at the precise time confirmed to take us to the pedestrian zone in her car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean with a good shower head and the balcony was so lovely to sit and soak in the view. Lorena supplied us a large breakfast of scrambled egg, cheeses, tomatoes, cold meats, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, fresh coffee and juice. This was all included in the price of the room. I highly recommend this place.

hat alles gepasst, war sauber, nettes personal, in die stadt hat man 30minuten. Parkplatz ist nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft. es gibt keinen Kühlschrank. und was echt schrecklich ist beim eingang hat es einen bewegungssensor für das licht und jedesmal wen man auf die toilette geht, geht das Licht an. Das heisst wenn die andere person am schlafen ist und du in der Nacht auf die Toilette gehst brennt das Licht.. echtes No go total bescheuert!!

We hadden hier een super verblijf. Het koppel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze zorgen ervoor dat je jou direct thuis voelt. Er zijn 3 kamers waardoor het zeer rustig is en je vaak alleen in het zwembad zit. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en gevarieerd. Elke ochtend kon je een ander ontbijt verwachten. Ook was alles zelf gemaakt en biologisch. De frigo was gevuld met zelfgemaakte wijn en schnaps. Bij het ontbijt was er zelfgemaakte kaas, zelf gedroogd vlees, groenten uit de eigen moestuin,... (We kregen ook een leuke rondleiding in de moestuin.) Elke ochtend kregen we tips wat we allemaal konden bezoeken, werd er ook steeds gevraagd of alles in orde is,... Het enige mindere is, dat het wat afgelegen ligt, dit biedt zeer veel rust en leuke wandelingen aan, maar je moet wel langs smalle kronkelpaadjes rijden. Maar dit is het zeker waard!

Alfea und Gabriele haben hier einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen und bis ins Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Sie sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber mit denen man sich gerne unterhält. Trotzdem spürt man das Bemühen dem Gast seine Privatsphäre zu lassen. Das Zimmer und die Terasse sind sehr hübsch und der gut gepflegte Pool bietet eine erfrischende Abkühlung nach Ausflügen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit Duftrosen und anderen herrlichen Blumen. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, Vielen Dank Alfea und Gabriele!

Luka has a very nice hotel with his uncle. The rooms are well renovated and the bed is really comfortable. You have a balcony facing the sea. The welcome was very nice, explaining and showing you everything. Better than in most 5 star hotels 😀. Breakfast is good and the pool in front of the house just gorgeous. Love the place.
