The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and bathroom and via a small narrow staircase you can reach the balcony as well as a living room and a bedroom. There is also a desk for working.
