We had a great time. A charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Cottage, garden, terrace and impeccable pool. The pool is a real plus. We enjoyed the calm of the place and the hospitality of the hosts. We're holding the address.

We had a pleasant weekend with friends. Pascal is a great communicator, attentive to the quality of our stay. The accommodation, as well as the outside offering many activities, is very quiet and exotic, ideal for a weekend getaway for families or groups of friends.

Excellent stay in this beautiful, comfortable and bright house by a pond full of water lilies. Friendly welcome, including for the cat who also enjoyed this stay. To be highly recommended

Very nice stay at Mélinda and Vincent's. Our hosts were very welcoming and the accommodation is very well equipped (special mention for the pool which is amazing). The living environment is incredible with the Orne at the foot of the accommodation and the mill. We'll be back with pleasure, thank you again!

We had a great time with the family at Maryse's. As shown in the photos, we were able to enjoy the pool and the covered terrace throughout the weekend!

Lovely few days in Normandy.. we used Marc’s place as a hub for exploring Omaha beach & Caen over D-day weekend which was about 40mins-1h from Epaney. House was everything we needed, clean, lovely grounds. Shame we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather but pool area looked lovely. Thanks Marc. 👍🏽

The cottage fully met our expectations. I would say that the place is even better than the photos, especially the surrounding area, which Peter and Sandrine and their children take care of with love. Excellent hosts, beautiful place in the countryside, amazing accommodation with all the amenities and tasteful decoration. Highly recommend!!

Anne is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the very rustic and beautiful property. The surrounding countryside is idyllic and we enjoyed our forest walks. The garden is fully fenced off which was a bonus for our dog Reggie! The ‘old grocery store’ is highly recommended!

a short stay for us that went very well from start to finish the accommodation is very well located in the heart of the village and faithful to the description of the listing very comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms is also appreciated. some equipment should be renewed but nothing too bad there were 9 of us, everyone enjoyed this stay. all shops are within walking distance

We had a wonderful extended weekend with the family in this beautiful typical Normandy house. A beautiful environment, very beautiful exterior and very beautiful view from the garden with only the neighborhood of cows. Great for families. Very clean and well-equipped. Anne was lovely and gave us good advice on activities for children in the area. We'll be happy to go back!

Chantal welcomed us with a smile and took the time to show us the accommodation and tell us about the farm next door. Listing is as described. It is by the road, but it is not very busy. There is a small plot of land behind the house. In conclusion, we are happy with our stay.

The surrounding calm, punctuated by the birdsong, the gentle whispers of the cows, as well as the touching presence of a horse and his newborn, contributed to a soothing and refreshing atmosphere. The cottage is impeccably clean, very well equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. Solène's warm and attentive welcome was a real plus: she gave us a delicious bottle of apple juice, an attention that testifies to her kindness and professionalism. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay, the place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Julien was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions. The bedrooms were very spacious, there were a lot of games, toys and especially a trampoline for kids. There was a large barbeque and also a huge well maintained Lawn. Huge space to park multiple cars. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay.
