Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. Die 66 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Putbus, in der Nähe des Parks und des Lauterbacher Hafens. Putbus ist bekannt für seine klassizistische Architektur und als Kunst- und Kulturhauptstadt der Insel Rügen. Die nächsten Strände sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Zu den Ostseebädern fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Stadt Putbus ist kurtaxpflichtig.

The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
