The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.
