Great location, very clean and well equipped. 2 minutes, by foot, to the nearest restaurant, bar and small supermarket 5 minutes. The beach - the dune - is simply fantastic.

A large and spacious house, all air-conditioned in a peaceful and quiet area. The host is very kind, ready to help. A place worth recommending. Comfortable beds, fresh clean bedding. Everything you need in the kitchen. Garden with a terrace for relaxation. We highly recommend it! :)

Amazing villa right next to the beach, just a few steps and we could jump into the water. Magnificent views and sunsets from the terrace. And the host Stefania was the best we have experienced so far. Right at the beginning, she showed us the nearby area on a short walk and then every day she sent us tips for trips to the area and we even got free tickets to the museum in Cabras. It was very hard for us to leave, we will definitely come back.

Fred and Ioanna welcomed us into their accommodation with extreme kindness, availability, and at the same time discretion, making us feel comfortable at all times. The location of the house is fantastic and the large outdoor terrace, covered, which we were able to take advantage of for all our meals and relaxation at home is superlative. The sleeping spaces are spacious, fresh and well equipped. Everything is really nice, cozy and relaxing. In the village, not far away, there is a small but well-stocked Crai supermarket at reasonable prices, the beach of Porto Alabe is excellent and from Tresnuraghes you can do many nice laps even inland. Definitely a nice place, highly recommended and I wish Fred and Ioanna all the best for their project Sardaigne au Naturel!

Beautiful apartment with lots of space and everything you'd need to go explore the lovely town of Bosa.

Rita is an absolute top host. Communication with her was excellent from A to Z and she is extremely helpful, accommodating and flexible. Her house convinces with an incomparable view of the beach and the sea with the best sunsets. The huge beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes (but we were too lazy and drove by car to the free parking spaces on the beach in the off-season ;-)). The house has everything you need and is very lovingly furnished. It gives the impression that it is being brought up to date step by step (new windows, new modern air conditioning, etc.) and I assume that she will continue to modernize the house. We were able to enjoy some wonderful days in Pistis and will be happy to return if possible. :-)

The place is really quiet with amazing view. Well placed from Bosa or Magomadas beach. The communication with Ignazio was easy with lot of advice for hike, restaurant..

Great location. Wide spaces on the ground floor and outside. Found the house tidy and kitchen with ample equipment. The property has always been ready to resolve the small issues that arose. Overall, the judgment is more than positive and we definitely recommend the property.

We stayed in Marco's villa and it was very pleasant for me, my husband and our 3-year-old daughter. The villa is equipped with everything you need to stay in comfort. Spacious and very clean. Right in front of the house is the beach that offers incredible views. Marco was a super host, very kind, helpful and gave us a great welcome by providing us with cold drinks upon our arrival. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out. We recommend it for this stay.

This house was so beautiful, peaceful and as shown in pictures, truly breathtaking views. We did spend most of the 4 days at the Airbnb and went to local walkable restaurants for drinks as the drive in and out is cliff side and could be quite dicey so didn’t feel comfortable driving late at night. This felt like an off the grid spot, so tranquil and peaceful. Alberto and his mother were great hosts, responsive and accommodating. We did have an issue with the shower and gas bottle but they were quick to resolve. If you are planning on staying here you have to come with all of your groceries as this house is quite secluded and with drive in and out you might end up staying close to the house. We had beautiful home cooked dinners and charcuterie boards with local produce and enjoyed sunset drinks and spectacular sunrises with beautiful local walks.

We stayed in the house with 2 families (4 adults and 4 children). We enjoyed it very much. The sea is right next door, it's so beautiful. At the house, the terrace and the barbecue area should be highlighted. Everything is also good inside the house. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rebook.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. It is very nicely decorated and privately located. The check-in went smoothly and very easily. Veronica was always available for questions and immediately helped us, which we perceived very positively. All in all a highly recommended place to stay. Only the pool was not heated - unlike the description. But that didn't bother us, because the pool is really very nice. We will be happy to come back.

Great house, very comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and fan, super equipped kitchen and large living room with dining area. We liked the huge garden, the shaded terrace and the pool the most!!! The garden is well fenced and our dog also benefited. We spent a lot of time outside! A quiet town, a quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors behind the fence. Claudia, the person contacting us, is nice and helpful. Beautiful beaches in the area! A wonderful region of Sardinia. Attention!⚠️ Be careful of messages from whats… regarding the confirmation of your stay and providing payment card details after making the payment, if they are not from Airbnb, they are fake!!!!! Someone is trying to steal your money by citing a booking confirmation and a micro-payment for the amount of the booking that is supposed to be returned after a few minutes. Be careful!
