Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. 2 Minuten, zu Fuß, zum nächsten Restaurant, Bar und kleiner Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Der Strand - die Düne - ist einfach fantastisch.

Duży i przestronny dom , cały klimatyzowany w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy , gotów do pomocy. Miejsce godne polecenia. Wygodne łóżka, świeża czysta pościel. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Ogród z tarasem do odpoczynku. Bardzo polecamy!:)

Posto tranquillo in una casa confortevole Doccia da rivedere

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa mit 5 Personen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die große Terrasse, die ausreichend sonnige und schattige Plätze zum Essen und Genießen der Aussicht bietet. Gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es drinnen und draußen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der große Wohnraum hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Zwei Bäder und eine Waschmaschine waren für uns sehr nützlich. Es gibt Zwischentüren zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich, sodass früher Schlafende ungestört bleiben. Der Strand ist herrlich, es geht relativ flach ins ins klare türkise Wasser. Direkt vom Haus aus können nach Süden und Norden tolle Wanderungen unternommen werden.

Rita ist eine absolute Top Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von A-Z hervorragend und sie ist äusserst hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Ihr Haus überzeugt mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer mit den besten Sonnenuntergängen. Der riesige Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen (wir waren aber zu faul und sind mit dem Auto zu den in der Nebensaison Gratisparkplätzen am Strand gefahren ;-)). Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es macht den Eindruck, dass es Schritt für Schritt auf den neusten Stand gebracht (neue Fenster, neue moderne Klimaanlage, usw.) und ich gehe davon aus, dass sie das Haus weiter modernisiert. Wir durften einige wunderbare Tage in Pistis geniessen und kehren nach Möglichkeit sehr gerne zurück. :-)

Ignazios Unterkunft ist gut für Alle, die motorisiert sind und ein wenig Ruhe wünschen. Von hier aus sind sowohl Bosa, die Strände der Umgebung und einige Besonderheiten im Landesinneren prima und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut, einzig das fehlende WLAN muss man bei Buchung im Kopf haben. Auch der auf der Bergseite hinter dem Haus liegende Hof war überraschend sonnig und trotz fehlender Fernsicht total angenehm. Wir wurden durch Ignazios Eltern herzlich empfangen, sie lotsten uns dann zum Haus oberhalb von Porto Alabe. Für uns perfekt. Danke, Ignazio!

The most beautiful semi detached villa located in the owners vineyard with views of the vineyard and the sea (that you can also hear). Very well appointed villa with everything you need for comfort and relaxation. We had a wonderful week here and used the villa as our base to visit Bosa, beautiful beaches nearby, do a day cooking course in local Montresta in the beautiful mountains. Had lots of bbq’s at home and really relaxed in the beautiful surroundings. On our last day we did a vineyard tour and wine tasting with Bosa local Silvano who was very informative and interesting about life, wine and culture. At the same time the vineyard next door were harvesting grapes and there was the most amazing singing to be heard in tandem with their hard work- magical, just like being in a Puccini opera! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We have visited Sardinia countless times and this beautiful villa is a stand out place in every way

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa di Marco ed è stato molto piacevole per me, mio marito e la nostra bambina di 3 anni. La villa è dotata di tutto il necessario per soggiornare in confort. Spaziosa e pulitissima. Proprio davanti casa la spiaggia che regala panorami incredibili. Marco è stato un super host, gentilissimo , disponibile e ci ha riservato un’ottima accoglienza facendoci trovare bevande fresche al nostro arrivo. Check-in e check-out flessibili e facilissimi. Ne consigliamo per questo il soggiorno.

This house was so beautiful, peaceful and as shown in pictures, truly breathtaking views. We did spend most of the 4 days at the Airbnb and went to local walkable restaurants for drinks as the drive in and out is cliff side and could be quite dicey so didn’t feel comfortable driving late at night. This felt like an off the grid spot, so tranquil and peaceful. Alberto and his mother were great hosts, responsive and accommodating. We did have an issue with the shower and gas bottle but they were quick to resolve. If you are planning on staying here you have to come with all of your groceries as this house is quite secluded and with drive in and out you might end up staying close to the house. We had beautiful home cooked dinners and charcuterie boards with local produce and enjoyed sunset drinks and spectacular sunrises with beautiful local walks.

La casa è stupenda e molto curata. Si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla, con un giardino da vivere a qualsiasi ora. Luciano è un ospite molto presente e premuroso, pieno di consigli utili e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire molto a nostro agio.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in dem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer ist direkt nebenan, es ist so schön. Beim Haus ist die Terrasse und der Grillbereich hervor zu heben. Drinnen im Haus auch alles gut. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und privat gelegen. Der Ckeck-In verlief problemlos und sehr einfach. Bei Rückfragen war Veronica jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, was wir sehr positiv wahrgenommen haben. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Einzig der Pool war nicht beheizt - anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da der Pool wirklich sehr schön ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super dom, bardzo wygodne sypialnie, każda z klimatyzacją i wentylatorem, super wyposażona kuchnia i duży salon z jadalnią. Najbardziej podobał nam się ogromny ogród, zacieniony taras i basen!!! Ogród dobrze ogrodzony i nasz piesek także korzystał. Dużo czasu spędziliśmy na zewnątrz! Miasteczko spokojne, dzielnica cicha, przemili sąsiedzi za płotem. Claudia, osoba kontaktująca się z nami, miła i pomocna. Przepiękne plaże w okolicy! Wspaniały region Sardynii. Uwaga!⚠️ Uważajcie na wiadomości z whats… dotyczące potwierdzenia waszego pobytu i podania danych karty płatniczej już po dokonaniu płatności, jeśli nie są z serwisu Airbnb, są fałszywe!!!!! Ktoś próbuje ukraść wasze pieniądze powołując się na potwierdzenie rezerwacji i mikropłatność na sumę rezerwacji która niby ma być zwrócona po kilku minutach. Uważajcie!

Il borgo antico è un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel centro della sardegna più bella. A due passi dalla Giara, piena di ristoranti tipici e con un clima meraviglioso. La struttura è ampia e ben arredata ed ha dalla piscina alla SPA per godersi il massimo relax. Siamo venuti una settimana a prendere un po’ di fresco in questo luogo meraviglioso e suggestivo! Danilo è amichevole e disponibile e Milena la governante è bravissima, è capace di farti sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!!
