Beachfront holiday rental in Quartiere San Lorenzo, Rome

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Isabella è stata gentile e reattiva a tutte le nostre domande assistendoci costantemente per tutto il nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto carino e curato, si trova in prima linea sul lungomare a pochi passi da ristoranti, gelaterie, spiagge e diversi servizi. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione ottima per vacanze e viaggi d’affari.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

Perfect spot!

The location is nice for the beach, plenty of restaurants but in May not much going on. For visiting Rome is a bit too far but doable by train. Host was helpful and quickly answered when we had questions. Bathroom is tiny and the same for kitchen but we spent very little time inside. Otherwise the place is clean and terrace is superb. Abbiamo soggiornato in due nella dependance, un posto molto intimo e tranquillo. Il giardino è una meraviglia, e la piscina ancora di più. Se si vuole passare un momento di relax è decisamente la casa perfetta. Daphna è una donna molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni dubbio ed esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci ancora questa bellissima oasi.

Прекрасный отдых в Ладисполи! Мы провели незабываемый отдых в Ладисполи, и это место превзошло все наши ожидания! Квартира была идеально расположена — всего в нескольк. минутах ходьбы от пляжа и местных ресторанов. Очень уютная, чистая и полностью оборудованная для комфортного проживания. Хозяева были невероятно дружелюбны и отзывчивы, всегда готовы помочь с любыми вопросами. Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

We had a great stay at Elenas apartment. It looks exactly like on the pictures and is very cozy, super close to the beach. Also the communication with Elena was great and she was very helpful. Grazie mille and all the best, Helene

On a vraiment aimé l’accueil personnalisé de Stephano et les instructions pour se rendre en transport en commun. Le logement est super beau et très propre, la literie et les serviettes sont immaculées et le lit est très confortable. Les stores assombrissants dans toutes les pièces sont bien appréciés et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. On a vraiment aimé prendre notre café le matin sur le balcon juste en face de la mer (il y a une rue entre la mer et la station balnéaire Elmi, juste en face du logement). On a beaucoup apprécié passer la journée à la station balnéaire, avec une belle plage, chaises et parasols en location. Il y a même un bar à cocktails et quelques articles, tel que sandwiches. On a aussi bien aimé notre souper au restaurant Antico Traiano, à 5 minutes de marche, pour les meilleurs gnocchis à la truffe! Nous recommandons fortement ce logement qui est idéal avant de se rendre à l’aéroport Leonardo di Vinci, qui se trouve à 15 minutes, en voiture.

We hebben vijf heerlijke nachten in het appartement van Cinzia in Ostia gehad! Het was zo fijn om niet in het drukke en warme Rome te zitten, maar lekker ruim en rustig in een straatje achter het strand van Ostia. Na een lange dag in Rome was het er heerlijk uitwaaien aan zee en bijkomen op het intieme maar ruimte terras van het appartement. Alles was precies zoals omschreven, en zelfs nog meer dan dat. We waren heel blij met de extra wc en kleine badkamer grenzend aan de slaapkamer. Alles was heel schoon en nieuw. Ook aan alle extra dingetjes, zoals koffie en flesjes water en een fles wijn was gedacht. Voldoende schone handdoeken waren aanwezig en de bedden sliepen heerlijk met fris beddengoed. Cinzia communiceerde fijn en discreet met ons en reageerde altijd meteen! Het appartement ligt centraal dicht bij alle voorzieningen, restaurants en winkels van Ostia. Het was voor ons de ideale de plek om naar toe te gaan in Ostia en als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome!
