Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. On the pedestrian promenade you can walk enjoying the view of the Sella del Diavolo or do sports. The numerous clubs on the beach offer good music, dancing and local culinary specialites. Quartu Sant'Elena, villa tra mare e giardino

Appartamento con giardino completamente indipendente: grande sala, cucina con tutti comfort, due camere da letto (una doppia e una singola), ampio bagno con doccia. Ideale per tre persone, amanti degli animali (nel giardino vivono un cane pastore adorabile e due gatti). Non adatto ai bimbi. Età minima: 10 anni. Mare d'incanto a 5 minuti da casa. Consigliata la macchina per raggiungere Cagliari e le meravigliose spiagge del sud Sardegna. Nel piano superiore vive la proprietaria, privacy totale.
