We loved being there! The apartment is bigger than expected from the pictures, super well equipped and very clean. The garden is simply amazing. We could have breakfast and dinner under the porch even while raining. It was possibly even more romantic and beautiful. If you keep the door to the garden open you can fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Well located between the mountains and Como, at walking distance from good restaurants and cocktail places. Public free parking around the corner, super easy to carry luggage inside. Nicoletta is really friendly and gave us simple and clear instructions for check in and check out, plus lots of useful tips about local places and made us laugh too! Thank you!

We liked the flat. The biggest pluses were the self check-in, the helpful instructions from the host, the great view from the balcony, the well equipped kitchen, the large bathroom. The disadvantages were the musty smell in the windowless room and the same smell on the bed linen and towels. Overall we would rate it really positively.

Apartment in Nesso has amazing views! It’s the main reason why we chose this place and we were not disappointed. Its astonishing! It’s also within a walking distance to Nesso fall. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The pool was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen was relatively well stocked, enough appliances to cook your own meals. We discovered some minor issues in the bathroom, but because there were two, we easily adjusted. Elevator had some issues, but got fixed. Just keep in mind that these kind of places are not newly built, so they do have some hiccups. All in all I give it a five ⭐️ and would come back again.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

I highly recommend Alessandro's place. The climb up from the bus station as well worth it! We loved the vibe of the place: very spacious and rustic. Nothing fancy, but perfect for us. The view was spectacular despite the three huge cranes used for construction in Pognana: luckily you can't actually see the cranes when you are sitting down on the terrasse! There we enjoyed a lovely dinner with great food from the well stocked small grocery store in Pognana and the sparkling wine Alessandro generously provided. Wonderful!
