Welcome to the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. Centrally located in Seattle, its easy to get to all the fun attractions but still quiet, relaxing and safe. Very spacious and fully stocked, at 1300 sq feet there is more than enough room for a couples retreat or small groups and families. Take a nice stroll up the hill to the shops in Queen Anne or a 5 minute uber to Ballard, Fremont and more. And don't forget to catch the sunsets from the porch. They are spectacular! Situated in historic Queen Anne, the apartment is within walking distance of cute cafes, popular restaurants, and nightlife spots along Queen Anne Ave N. The Space Needle is a 7-minute drive away. This charming basement studio apartment has very low ceilings in some spots. Those over 5' 8" will have to duck in a couple of spots. We also have two dogs who you may hear outside in our yard and upstairs. You may hear them from time to time, we try to keep the barking to a minimum.

Stay in one of Seattle premier old neighborhoods, just 2 miles from the Space Needle and 3.5 from Pike Place Market. Enter this lovely 1903 American four square home from the front door. Head upstairs to your private area. Fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, bath and a sitting room complete with a well stocked coffee bar. While there is no kitchen, you do have a big fridge and microwave. Host does live on the main floor but uses a separate entrance so no shared spaces.
