Cottage holiday rentals in Queens County

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

We stayed in the Magpie and it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. It was a rainy weekend but we made good use of the BBQ and hot tub under the covered porch! Very clean and comfiest bed ever! We also visited the coffee shop and took in the view at the beach. This place is a treasure for sure!

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at Coastal Cottages, we rented #1&5 this time! Loved them both, had everything we needed, so clean and decorated so beautifully. Love St. Martin’s, the seacaves, the little shops and especially the lobster rolls and seafoood chowder! We’ll be back, thanks Kevin and Sally, you two are awesome hosts!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

Beautiful property with stunning views. We were a group of three couples and the property had everything we needed. We especially loved the deck(s) and screened outdoor BBQ/kitchen area.

Scott did a fantastic job – it's a relaxing, comfy with breathtaking view, truly an oasis! It's definitely become our favorite place, and we'll be staying with you again.

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

A small group of us stayed the may long weekend for bachelorette and it was absolutely beautiful! Even though it was raining we had a cozy time inside and enjoyed watching the waves from the window. This was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Everything we needed was always there! The beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place to stay! The cottage is super clean and has so much charm. Everything worked really well, we were given plenty of towels for the bathroom and the kitchen, the private lake access was wonderful, and we enjoyed playing badminton, bocce ball and cards. We only stayed for three days but would have been happy to stay for a full week! Just a really lovely space! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Diane is an Awesome Superhost! Very attentive. The Quiet Country Farmhouse is a quaint, classic and reconditioned (upgrades would appear to be ongoing, based on recent upgrades observed) Farmhouse, with modern amenities, located in a beautiful rural, quiet countryside with a great view of Lake Washademoak. Very roomy/spacious even for 7 adults. Only abt 4 min walk to the lakefront and Nan's Country general store is only abt 7 min drive. Cows in the pasture across the road and apple and cherry trees were ripe for the picking while/when we were there.

We found this BnB to be clean, comfortable, and a great place to return from a work day. We will return again.

Great area on the lake. Had online meetings and the internet worked well. Was able to relax in calm environment afterwards and even got to take out the kayaks. We had trouble streaming TV but that may be our lack of knowledge but ended up watching a movie on DVD. Darker curtains in bedroom were awesome. The kitchen was well equipped, I think I even saw a slow cooker. The BBQ was great. We had a great time and our host was very responsive. I would go back.

Nice spacious place, really clean. We had a great family vacation. Only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach, which is absolutely breathtaking. The rear deck offers a beautiful view of the sea. Honestly, the photos do not pay homage to the beauty of the place.

David's place was the perfect home base for our family of 5 for exploring the Bay of Fundy. There was plenty of room for everyone, the large living room allowed everyone comfortable seating for watching movies and playing games. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was also perfect for exploring everything from St. John's to Hopewell Rocks and Fundy National Park. We particularly enjoyed the caves in St. Martin's. We found everything to be exactly as listed. I highly recommend David's house for it's excellent location for exploring the Bay of Fundy and it's size for accommodating families or groups of friends.

very cozy quiet private. Bay breeze restaurant 3 min walk. it has the best view in Atlantic Canda..while eating a home cooked breakfast. this area is a wonderful place to visit and this cottage is right in the heart. 30 min from st andrews 30 min from saint john ! treat yourself!

Felt like a home away from home. What a beautiful spot with great views!! Fun time had by all, lots to do at the cottage and many fun adventures in driving distance. Very clean and host was very responsive!

Tide’s Edge Escape is a lovely spot that’s walking distance away from The Caves in St. Martins, NB. We enjoyed the incredible view, local cuisine and daily visits to the beach. It was a perfect getaway, just outside the city, to relax with friends. The hosts were wonderful from start to finish. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you, Brad & Nora!
