Sunshine Villa is a family favourite. Loved by everyone including our dogs. Super relaxing get away and a must for anything contemplating staying.

Nous avons passé 6 jours très très agréable. La maison correspond à 100% à la description. La localisation est excellente. À 25 minutes en voiture de Cairns. La plage, les restos et un petit supermarché sont à 700m, agréable à pieds. Un plus grand supermarché se trouve à 2,3 kms et on y trouve de tout . La piscine et le coin piscine sont super et l’eau est chauffée à la bonne températures. La maison est équipée au top : il ne manque absolument rien : équipements diverses (sèche cheveux, tv, machine à café, etc…) et la mise à disposition des capsule de café, thé, sucre et plein d’épices est très apprécié. Sans parler des attentions dispo dans le frigo à l’arrivée . MERCI Fab !

We had the most beautiful weekend. The property was clean and has a great kitchen. The indoor fireplace is beautiful. The beds are comfortable.

Great stay! Very clean and a short ~20’ish minute drive to/from the airport. Backs up to a wooded area, making it very quiet. Has trails in the behind the house for those looking to explore and find some wildlife. Thank you!

What a lovely place to stay. Steps to the beach, and next to the pool. we loved the place and our kids didn't want to leave. Quiet and peaceful with supermarkets, restaurants and attractions a quick drive away...as well as a couple of choices within walking distance.

This place is one of the best appointed Air Bnbs I’ve stayed at. It feels very luxe in a laid back way. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. House had everything you could possibly need, so spacious, well appointed. Spa was wonderful in Winter. Amazing views from the deck.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful views. We got to see the bats fly over to Whitsunday Island every night at 7pm which my Son very much enjoyed. Great outside area to enjoy a drink once the sun has gone down. Bedrooms comfortable, air-conditioner worked well. We spent our Christmas here as a family of 5 and it was great.

John’s place was the perfect home for our family holiday. We all meet from interstate and this property was everything we could’ve hoped for. Plenty of space, with each bedroom having their own ensuite. The pool was definitely a favourite for everyone and such a beautiful space. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone’s trip to Port Douglas as it’s about a 10 min drive out of the Main Street and it is super private and a quiet area. It was a very clean house, John was very responsive and helpful when needed.

I would say this is one of the most extraordinary properties in Australia. Everything was just beautiful… both inside and out. We all enjoyed the total privacy, abundant space and the high quality amenities and conveniences. Any questions were answered within minutes. I can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved staying here! I ended up extending my stay 2 extra nights which were able to be approved 👍🏼 The house has amazing views & was beautiful on the inside. Felt like a true luxurious experience, will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Balmy Breaks. It was the perfect home to accomodate our large family and we all felt very comfortable and at ease. The house itself is stunning and it is fully equipt with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very accomodating, quick to respond and pleasent to be in communication with. The heated pool was well loved by all the children and the fact the property backs on to a big grass area was ideal for what we wanted for this stay. Beach access not to far away and with cafes and local shops just around the corner it made this property a great holiday location. We appreciate the team at Balmy Breaks and are grateful for jow accomodating they were for our large family. We look forward to another stay at this property in the future.

Wow! Exceeded our expectations. I will be looking at other Boutique Collection holdings for future holidays. Our villa was perfectly suited to four friends who hadn't spent quality time with each other in a long time, but as adults with a big need for relaxation, it was easy to disappear to the solitude of our well equipped rooms when we needed a break from catching up.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, the house is comfortable and well equipped. The house is located about a 5 minute walk from the Four Mile Beach, which we ventured to every day! Kerry is an excellent host, very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it the perfect spot for our trip. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

When we booked we were a little concerned that the villa couldn’t live up to what we saw but oh boy, it was all that and more! Right from walking in through the spacious, entrance through to the the well appointed bed rooms and wonderfully structured living space we were delighted. As we stepped into each room we felt welcomed and at home. There were small touches like the honesty fridge, the board games, pool equipment, bbq and so much more than immediately left you with a complete sense of relaxation and belonging. There were useful guides and a restaurant menus which were helpful but not essential as the kitchen area was exactly what was needed for indoor or outdoor eating. The location was perfect. A short walk into the town centre which meant peace and quiet but no need for taxis or transfers. There is a short walk to either end of the street which then opens out on four mile beach - we highly recommend the sunset at the Garrick St sign end. A simply beautiful place.

We had the most lovely stay at Essence - perfect location, walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the beach. Great facilities and a beautiful house to stay in. The pool bar was a highlight! We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second stay. It was just as good as we remembered it. We booked again because of the private pool and availability of amenities you would have at home.

Great place to stay while exploring Port Douglas and the Daintree. Nice and spacious with comfortable beds and sofa. Big TV was a bonus. Fiona was super responsive and her father Les was next door to assist any needs. It’s a 5 minute drive from the Main Street and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended and would stay again.
