Holiday rentals with a patio in Queenstown-Lakes District

We highly recommend this accommodation! From start to finish, Tom, our host, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly tailored to our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, and Tom checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The unit itself was spotless, cosy, and warm, a true home away from home. And the views..OMG.. Absolutely breathtaking easily the best in Queenstown! Every detail was carefully considered, making our holiday truly relaxed and stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to Tom and the entire hosting team for such a memorable experience!

Tim’s place was absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and the home is the perfect size. We’re a young family with a toddler and the space was excellent, the front deck overlooking Shotover was a great spot to burn toddler energy. It was easy to find, Tim’s directions were clear and easy to understand. Close to Queenstown itself but also to Arrowtown which was perfect.

We had a lovely experience staying at Rata lodge! Our only regret is that we did not book more days with Judy! Spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything that you would require. Not to mention it was located in a tranquil location within mins drive to the central area. We loved the high ceilings and decor touches. We look forward to be back again in the future, thank you Judy!

The house is really close to downtown, although there is a steep hill walking up if you have no cars. It is equipped with so many cooking utensils and seasonings for cooking, that what I love the most! Also, You can see lake wakatipu from windows.

Such a perfect house! Compact yet very well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The house was pristine clean, and the location was peaceful and quiet, very ideal for a relaxing stay. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host is friendly and always quick to reply and eager to help. During my trip, I had a small unexpected issue, and the host went out of their way to assist me. I really appreciated their kindness and support. The apartment itself is well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. I would love to stay here again if I return to the area:)

Spectacular view and was a great place to work for a week during the winter. The hillside location made for a perfect view of downtown Queenstown. Great restaurants and very walkable. It was winter, so chilly but plenty to do in a somewhat "offseason." Great value and hope to return.

We had an amazing stay! The lake view from our place was absolutely stunning. The location was super convenient—so close to the airport and major supermarkets like Pack’n Save. Check-in and check-out were the easiest we’ve ever experienced. The interior was beautifully designed and made our stay feel extra special. We spent three nights here during my dad’s 60th birthday trip, and my parents loved it so much that we’re already talking about coming back. Everything was spectacular!

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and lovely. Louise was super friendly and helpful with directions. We forgot something and never hesitated to ask if we could come back to retrieve it. She was very accommodating and an amazing host. We had a lovely time! The area is very relaxing and you are a stones throw from fabulous wineries. I’d definitely recommend!

My husband and I had the best time at this beautiful suite! So spacious and incredible views. Only an 8 minute drive into Queenstown and the private spa bath was an absolute stand out! Josh and Alana’s were excellent hosts, and the suite was an absolute delight to stay in!

Great place to stay with magnificent views! We really enjoyed our stay at Tania's place. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of four. You'll catch yourself stepping outside to take in the scenery multiple times throughout your stay. A short walk down the hill and you can jump on the Frankton Track to enjoy a lakeside walk.

One of my absolute favourite stays we’ve found on airbnb. This place is something special, such a wonderful home in such a beautiful location. We drove in from Wānaka and the drive was incredible. The bathtub was a great inclusion, and the kitchen space was really well done with everything you could need. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay somewhere out of the busyness of Queenstown and Wānaka.

This is the most striking house in the most beautiful location I have stayed in New Zealand. If you have a big group and are looking for something posh, this is a terrific place. We felt right at home.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka

Spent two nights at this lovely home — clean, warm, and super comfortable with two nice bedrooms. The host was really friendly and always around to help if I had any questions. Check-in was a breeze. Great spot for a family trip!

Location is great with private parking so you don’t have to worry about finding one far away and shifting luggages. The place I clean and near most of the needed amenities, beautiful surrounding and walking distance to the lake. Full function kitchen with no restriction of what are allowed to be cooked. Jane is a wonderful host ensuring our safe arrival and proactively helped us check on the status of the road closure, ensuring our safe arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome, chocolate and a pre warmed house. :)

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.
