Words cannot even begin to describe the incredible views this property affords. Such a peaceful and stunning location, plus it was an easy drive into town and to the Ski Fields. It’s a well renovated, clean and comfortable place that takes full advantage of its position. The amenities are well covered, although if you have little ones I’d recommend ensuring you have something to block the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, as we had big bags. I would absolutely book here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Queenstown! The accommodation was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—comfortable beds, a full kitchen, fast WiFi, laundry, and even a cozy fireplace. The views were breathtaking, and the location was unbeatable—just a short drive to the heart of town. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Easily the best place to stay in Queenstown—highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The view from the main living areas and 2 of the bedrooms was absolutely stunning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to larger groups wanting to stay together. We appreciated the aircon as it got quite hot when we visited. The kitchen has all the amenities you’d expect (kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc) and there is a washer and separate dryer. We never used the spa as it was directly outside the window of the adjacent apartment, keep this in mind if you book 8/2. You will need transportation if you intend to go into town.

We enjoyed our staying at this lovely, cozy and well prepared place. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is organised perfect and easy to use. The location to the town centre is great only 5 mins taking to pretty all of restaurants and marts. Definitely recommend this place.

The home is very cozy and comfortable. It is great for family stay. It’s very clean and big for the whole family of 6. The kitchen is very fancy and spotless. The appliances are high branded and in good quality. Love every corner of the place. There is a big trampoline at the back of the property, perfect for kids to play. The bathrooms are clean and very well equipped. We had a great stay and will come back again when visit Queenstown the next time.

Home away from home! We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would recommend. Not only is it in a great spot, but they have thought of everything to make your stay easier. No need to buy those bits and bobs that you need to take home, they have it covered. The spa was a treat, the bath had bath bombs and salts, even the guest book was well put together. Really can’t wait to return!

Place was perfect for us for a long holiday . The location was perfect and the house had enough space for all of us and for the dogs . Yard was great and loved the privacy and the area. Did not realize how beautiful the place was until we went for walks and explored . So close to the lake and to great swimming spots. Would love to come back.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! We have 3 kids and this was the perfect house for them! They had so much fun playing in the pool and in the playground. The house was beautifully remodeled and in a great location with beautiful mountain views. The host was very flexible and responsive, which we truly appreciated. Arrowtown is an adorable, charming little town just outside of Queenstown and I would highly recommend both the area and the house!!!

Great location with tracks to the river and mount iron nearby. The community pool and gym are a great facility to have access to as well. House was very clean also

If your after a place to stay with lots of space, this is the whole package deal. key favorites, we're the x2 fires, spacious bedrooms, spacious areas to gather i.e x2 lounges. Having the pool right at your finger tips and not having to drive anywhere was a key factor. I will recommend to others 😀 thanks see you soon!

Awesome place that literally has everything. Highlights were the sauna, hot spa, pool table and fireplace after snowboarding each day. Super close to The Remarkables and Coronet plus we drove an hour up to Corona and drive was easy. Highly recommended!

Stunning location and luxurious accommodation. Simply the most tranquil setting and picturesque vista from every window. Super comfortable beds and spa like rain shower. We didn't want to leave. Felicity was super accommodating and friendly. Cannot wait to return. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Bob's Cove Beauty for. silent meditation retreat and it was lovely for our purposes. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. Views of the mountains were so idyllic, and we enjoyed watching the 10 min down to Bob's Cove and along the Bridle Track. And the spa was a special treat, too.

We had a wonderful experience in the cozy space. Fi was so kind and responsive to host us!

What a georgeous, quiet, spacious property for my husband and I in the final days of our NZ holiday - a perfect way to finish our trip. Everything was spotlessly clean and the private courtyard was perfect for morning coffee (thanks to the Nespresso Coffee machine). The most comfortable bed of our trip - it was so lovely not to wake up with a sore lower back and hips each morning and the temperature was perfect for sleeping. We loved that the bathrooms had underfloor heating and sensor lighting under the vanities once it got dark outside. Communication with Sandy was easy and her instructions were easy to follow. Overall 10/10 and can highly recommend.

Great place in a quiet & convenient location. Very neat and clean house, close to the airport & city. highly recommended to all. Charmila is an amazing host, we needed some food for our toddler and she was really helpful to lend us from her kitchen. thankyou so much

John’s place is even more beautiful than the photos. The views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables are stunning! It was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city centre. John was very helpful and responsive, the house was clean with absolutely everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Queenstown.

Kim was the best host ever & her house was beautiful & clean & super nice + the mountain view was magnificent also the kichen was even better than our own. Kim was so friendly that I thought I know her for a long time. the family picture board by the kitchen was great & gave us a very homy feeling. over all top 5 star for Kim & Simon *****

This place was awesome, a little further away from Queenstown but great if you have a car and suites us as we did quite a few day trips. Xin was a great host, super accommodating when the couch was damaged, allowed us to use another couch for the remainder of the stay. We loved staying here, definitely recommend giving it a go, we will be back again soon hopefully!
