on the ground floor of my home, this 25 m2 studio offers you, tranquility (quiet area), independence, direct access to the garden where you can relax in the sun. location: by car, 10 minutes from the city center and the train station and 20 minutes from the beaches, bus stops nearby, intermarket at 200 m. free parking nearby description: Entrance with closet, bathroom with toilet, living room: kitchenette and relaxation that turns into a bedroom thanks to a pull-out bed.

It was great to spend a month in this beautiful apartment with space, comfortable and very well connected, with bus station downstairs from the building and easy access to the expressway. I would also recommend this apartment for its tranquility and the kindness of its hosts... A big thank you to Sandra and her spouse who were responsive and responded to my requests.
