Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

It is perfect for 1-2 people but can accommodate up to 3 adults thanks to the small sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is on a mezzanine upstairs. Kitchen is stocked.
