In Quévert, in a green setting, 5 minutes from Dinan, Brigitte and Alain offer a cottage adjoining their property that can accommodate 6 people. Gîte completely renovated in 2021. This unoverlooked rental has a south-facing courtyard. Dinard, Saint-Malo and the beaches are 20 Km away Cap Fréhel (40 min) Mont Saint-Michel Bay (45 min) 5 minutes from the cottage, Dinan, medieval town with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, castle. Rue du Jerzual will take you to the port.

The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. The property has been officially classified as 4 star accommodation.

Set your suitcases down in our large, authentic and modern 38 m2 studio, recently renovated on the ground floor of a pretty stone building overlooking an inner courtyard. The new kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Sheets, towels and dish towels are provided. The bed is made upon arrival.

It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.
