Situé au premier étage d'une résidence paisible et bien entretenue , vous apprécierez son calme et sa luminosité . il sera votre parfait pied à terre quiberonnais , pour un séjour réussi dans notre belle station balnéaire grâce à son grand balcon exposé sud , à son espace bien agencé et ses équipements modernes , tout en étant à proximité immédiate des plages .

Nice T3, 44m2, very bright, on the first floor of a small building. Panoramic view of the beach and market square. Located right in the middle of Quiberon's summer and festive life. Nightclub, restaurants, terraces and other shops on the doorstep. 1 parking place included (2 minutes walk from the property) !!! July and August, particularly lively months, cafe concert and other street entertainment can take place at the beginning of the night WARNING: linens not provided!!! See below!

Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.
