Beautiful location in great area. House is close to the beach. Lots of nature, small villages and tranquility. Recommended to relax or to go out and about. The cottage with two toilet and two bedrooms offers enough space for four people.

A beautiful house in the heart of Portivy, perfect for a gateway or a family vacation. Our only regret was to not have booked it for more days. Nathaly is a wonderful host, always available and very thoughtful. We felt at home and welcomed in the neighborhood. I promise to be back.

Very nice family home with nice garden. You feel at home and the kitchen is very well stocked. The location is ideal, very nice corner close to the coast on foot and shops by bike. Philippe is responsive, accommodating and nice to talk to. I really recommend it. 👍🏻

We had a great week at the accommodation and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel at home. The little cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is a lot to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Isabelle was a very warm and responsive host. We really enjoyed our time talking together and wished it could have been longer.

We were delighted to meet Tiphanie, a charming and available person! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious and very clean. The instructions are very clear in terms of equipment. Tiphanie put us at ease right away with her joy in welcoming us! She advised us on a lot of places to visit or walk. The location of the house is well located in relation to the places to visit. The best, we were really happy in every way with the place and the host. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week in Thierry's little house. It is very nice, quiet and very cozy. We were very happy about the two bikes. Unfortunately, I had a record on the second day, but Thierry took care of the repair right away - thanks again for that!! We can absolutely recommend a stay and would vacation there again immediately.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and the surrounding area are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. We were delighted with our rental and the discovery of the city and the nearby islands. The house is very spacious, the balconies pleasant. In the evening on the street side, there is entertainment, so noise quite late, even very late. The twin bedroom, the mattresses need to be reviewed. Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.
