Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Quintana, Ciudad Lineal

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, nothing is missing, and Óscar is attentive to anything from arrival to departure. Highly recommended apartment if you want to visit Madrid but want to rest in a quiet environment. And being able to travel with your pet makes it unbeatable!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

The location was great, central but still you can easily get to the highway. Even if it is central, it was quiet. Good infrastructure. Right next door a cheap parking garage. We paid just under 50€ for 4 days and our vw bus fit in superbly. Several good restaurants and a carfour express around the corner. Great! The apartment was super equipped and stylish. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, connected to a living room and kitchen. Great layout for 4 people and we had enough space and everything we needed. We really liked it. We'll be happy to come back.

Gorgeously designed interior space! It was brilliantly inspiring and inviting 💕💚🥰🌟 the location was perfect and a lovely walk to the botanical garden and museums - definitely recommend! ❣️

As per the photos, the only minor issue was that some of the amenities were not very well maintained but did not affect the use.Clean and cozy, very friendly, smooth communication, able to solve problems quickly ~

Everything was fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, with good views, very bright and very well located. Possibility of parking in the same building. They made it easy for us both at check-in and check-out. The hosts have been attentive and have responded to me immediately. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!!

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It is close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

It was great, exceptional service and very friendly. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, with many shops nearby such as a shopping center, Mercadona, Aldi... We would definitely repeat!!

The place is excellent to spend a few days, Eduardo takes care of even the smallest detail and is tremendously attentive. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was pristine... quiet area, had public parking in the area and a bar next door where you can have a great time... in general everything was great... the only downside that I see is that you have to take the subway and the nearest station was about 15/20 min walk, but otherwise everything was great!

We felt at home, super comfortable and on top of that, with the heat in Madrid, the apartment, being in a low area, was super cool. I will definitely repeat the next time I return to Madrid!!

Hello! Everything was very good! Great place! Super clean! I loved it! The only difficult thing is finding a place to park nearby! But it's not something the host can control! Everything else is perfect!

That's a very silent appartement nearby the plaza las-ventas, it's very great for these people who are very crazy about bullfighting culture, such as me!

The apartment was as advertised, clean, with everything necessary, me and my colleague have not encountered any issues during our stay. We were on a work trip, so we didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it has served its purpose. Regarding the placement, the entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, from the "back" of the building. On the front of the building are multiple small stores and places to buy street food. Additionally, a market Aldi is close by. The bus stop is also directly in front of the building and it is possible to use this bus to get to important subway stops in order to go around Madrid.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

excellent stay I hope one day to be able to go again I would be happy to stay again
