Welcome to Bryggerhuset at Kilentunet – a newly renovated, bright and functional guest house with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a dining table, a new bathroom and a small bedroom with three sleeping spaces. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the forest in a lush, blooming garden with a flowing pond outside the house. There are good hiking and swimming opportunities in the area. There is also a small sauna and a fitness room available here – as well as the option to rent a canoe and buy fresh eggs from the hens in the yard.

With direct views and proximity to a very child-friendly beach, a local store available in the summer months and only 15 min. drive from stores and additional take away offers in Halmstad, you have most of what you need for relaxation. Good walking & running routes in the immediate vicinity, a short boat trip over to Engelsviken or Larkollen among other things. Open for long-term rental + happy to have repeat guests. Guests bring their own bed linen and are responsible for washing up.

The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

Welcome to Svein's house! The house is located in the countryside at the edge of the forest by itself in a cul-de-sac with hiking opportunities just outside the door. The house is of older standard and you get a cottage feeling of being here. It is located by itself, but still central to beaches and restaurants in Engelsviken, Skjæløy and Saltnes. Short distance to Fredrikstad and Hvaler and only 600m walk to Onsøy Golf Club and restaurant Elin. Large space and privacy. Canoe rental is possible.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.
