Welcome to Bryggerhuset at Kilentunet – a newly renovated, bright and functional guest house with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a dining table, a new bathroom and a small bedroom with three sleeping spaces. The sofa folds out to a double bed. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the forest in a lush, blooming garden with a flowing pond outside the house. There are good hiking and swimming opportunities in the area. There is also a small sauna and a fitness room available here – as well as the option to rent a canoe and buy fresh eggs from the hens in the yard.

Swimming opportunities can be found at the common jetty, only about 350 meters from the cabin, and there is a short way to several beautiful beaches such as Storesand and Husebystranda, which you can easily reach via the coastal path (about 3 km) from the cabin. A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

Enjoy the garden, the orangery, the playhouse and the sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to Svaberg and the swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, Frisbee golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and dining place 1 km away. Hiking trails 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, extra mattress topper for sofa bed is in the closet in the laundry room/storage room. 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 child travel bed. Towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used.

We rent out a cabin and annex with a fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Lake view and large garden with room for lots of play and fun. The cabin is located within a short walking distance from the convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, jetty and beach. Large lawn with football pitch, playground and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje golf park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

There is plenty of space for two people in a brand new and exclusive Hitra continental bed of 150 cm. Good internet connection also makes this place perfect for workation. Free parking.

Here you can stay in a cozy, brand new cabin with a large terrace and location near the lake and many great swimming areas. Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, Svaberg, marina and coastal path is only 7 min by car. 5 min. to a great golf course. It is 15 min to Fredrikstad and the cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxation in the sun or by the lake.

Connect to nature in this new small house. Everything is renovated in 2026. The house is smart with solar cells that provide clean energy year around, with AC and floor warming, that makes it warm in vintner and cool in summer. There are new queen sized beds with new Scandinavian duvets and pillows, one in the main floor and one in the loft. Perfect for a couple or a family with two teenagers, children or young persons that can clime the stair to the loft. There is also a crib for small babies.

Velkommen til vårt koselige gjestehus i Råde! Boligen har ett soverom og sovesofa i stua, perfekt for par eller små familier. Ved bookinger med flere enn 4 er det også mini gjestehuset «Bua» tilgjengelig som soverom. Bryggerhuset er godt utstyrt med alt du måtte behøve. Kort gangavstand til badeplass, fiske og kajakkmuligheter. Oppstillingsplass til én-to Umiddelbar nærhet til Råde idrettsplass. Ca. 900 meter til Karlshus sentrum med butikker, restauranter og kollektivtransport.

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.

Seaside summer idyll in child-friendly Saltnes

In this spacious and unique place, the whole group will be comfortable. The house has its own garden with trampoline and several outdoor areas. Also suitable for those with children. A three-minute walk takes you to the nearest beach. Walking distance to grocery store and several beaches, playgrounds and otherwise nice hiking areas. Fredrikstad, Moss and Sarpsborg are all 30 minutes away by car.

Eikelia

Enjoy relaxing days in this cozy cabin in Larkollen! The cabin consists of a living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, one guest room/TV room and bathroom. There is a large terrace with direct exit from the living room. Here you can both relax in the lounge and enjoy long meals around the dining table. You will also find a gas grill on the terrace. The plot is partly cultivated and partly natural.
