Ab 4 Personer Weinverkostung im eigenen Weinkeller , Parkplatz und Fahrräder und E-Bike kostenfrei .

Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Dresden, Moritzburg ,Meißen und die wundervolle Sächsische Schweiz sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Relax in our apartment, which is located in a three-sided courtyard directly on the bike path between Dresden, Radebeul and Meissen. In the old village center of Gohlis you can observe, smell and hear village life. A nice children's playground is in the immediate vicinity. In the courtyard you will find various seating areas. An old, but disused, fireplace gives the living area something special. 2 extra beds are possible in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

Leben in der Villa Krumbholz - einer früheren Orchesterschule, im Herzen von Radebeul mit seinen Weinbergen und Nähe zu Dresden. Die Wohnung ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden, um die Ecke ist gleich die Anbindung zur Straßenbahn und zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten beim Zug. In nur 15 bis 20 Minuten ist man somit schon in Dresden. In nur 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man gleich im Radebeuler Kneipenviertel Kötzschenbroda.
