A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. Cosy flat, fully furnished in quiet area with beautiful view, near the city center, next to the river. 4th floor with elevator. 5 minute walk to the nearest grocery, restaurant, shops. Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.
