For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Es liegt im Erdgeschoß eines charmanten Holzhauses, umrahmt von 80 Jahre alten schattenspendenden Bäumen, mit direktem Blick auf Berge und Stadtmauern von Radstadt. Dein Zuhause auf Zeit ist stilvoll-individuell mit ganz neuen wie auch persönlichen Vintage-Stücken eingerichtet. Ein Verandasitzplatz lädt zum Entspannen ein.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

De gezellige en warme uitstraling, houten deuren met een hoogte van 220cm en subtiele accenten in het interieur, maken van dit chalet een Top-Chalet!

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

DaHome-Appartements

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our apartment is characterized by a perfect location for skiing and hiking experiences. The apartment is located right next to the ski slope on the Planai (middle station)! The rooms are impressive with their modern wood finishes! The view from the living room directly to the Dachstein, with a glass of wine in hand, will remain in your memory forever.
