The house is located in the upper part of the village. While it has the traditional tower structure of ancient Castelbuono houses, it boasts an ultra-modern architectural renovation that provides the interior with a blending of contemporary lines and historical charm. From the entrance, a futuristic staircase leads along the different floors and rooms equipped with every modern convenience and on the highest floor there's a panoramic terrace with barbecue overlooking the town and the mountains.

Finally, a delightful terrace from which you can enjoy the coolness of summer nights or sip an aperitif at sunset, fascinated by the infinite shades of light that are reflected on the rooftops and main monuments.

The beautiful view of the town and its old port, the surrounding greenery and the area in which the house is located, make it a relaxing place a few kilometers from the beaches and the historic center. Il Balcone al Molo is a unique apartment, located in the most famous and popular pedestrian area of Cefalù. On the third floor, from the living room you have a breathtaking view of the Old "Marina" and the "Lungomare". It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and one single bed, a living room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
