Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Cottage + boat by the sea on an island outside Hamburgsund

Unique location by the sea on its own cliff sheltered from western winds. Kitchen, bedroom and living room with 4 beds. Cottage 25 m2, balconies with barbecue grill outside the cottage area. The outdoor toilet with lighting and water, has guaranteed Sweden's most beautiful view. Outdoor shower with hot water protected from view. Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Holiday apartment in Kungshamn

Welcome to a stay filled with saltwater swimming, fresh shrimp and vacation. We offer a newly built apartment of 60 sqm with a generous patio in the afternoon sun. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. All seasons have their charm ~ Fresh winds and a calm pace in autumn and winter.

Rörvik Östergård

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Henån cottage by the sea

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Cabin in Bohuslän 21 sqm

Cottage in Bohuslän 21 sqm, walking distance to swimming, down the mountain. Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.
