We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Vacation in the stylish Villa Leopoldskron

Located in one of Salzburg's most beautiful districts, Villa Leopoldskron welcomes its guests in the charming style of venerable bourgeoisie of bygone times. The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2019, has 2 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and Netflix access, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. A special highlight of the apartment is the pretty sun terrace overlooking the garden.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

It is an own apartment in our house. Size: 34 m2 with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom (shower & toilet). It is a new building (completion date: July 2017). Approximately 20 minutes walk to the center (old town) or a busride with 3 stops. The busstop is a 3 min-walk away. Parking spaces are almost always available (side street, free of charge). Location: A lovely area – equal in the city but in the other direction also equal to the country side.

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (one bath/WC, one shower/WC with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional lounge with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

In 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Neutor, the entrance to the Mozart city or the festival district or choose from 2 direct bus lines, which lead directly to the center of Salzburg. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
