2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Apartment quiet & central & wonderful view

The 120m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was renovated and refurbished not so long ago. It can be booked for up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them with sink in the room), 2 bathrooms (one bath/WC, one shower/WC with washing machine), a spacious large kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and an additional lounge with cable TV. The balcony at the bedroom of the main apartment is small but nice!

In unserem sanierten Altstadthaus in bester Lage erwartet Dich ein eigenes modernes 21m2 (225 sqft) Gästestudio für 1-2 Personen. Sicher erreichbar über ein gemeinsames Stiegenhaus, mit eigenem Eingang. Volle Privatsphäre in einem abgetrennten Bereich, der nur von Dir alleine genützt wird. In unserem Innenhof unterhalb der Festung steht unseren Gästen direkt anschließend an den Wohnraum ein sehr kleiner privater Sitzbereich im Freien zur Verfügung.

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Completely recommend. We love our stays that are run by the owners vs run by commercial teams. Maria's home was beautifully decorated and maintained and had all the amenities we needed. We travelled with a 10 month old infant and Maria proactively offered us a stroller. She also provided a baby cot.

Old Town apartment

The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well furnished. It’s truly a home away from home, with a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a living room with a single bed. The layout can comfortably accommodate 4 people. More importantly, the apartment is within walking distance to all major attractions as well as numerous restaurants in the old town. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is no elevator, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues or carrying large bags. The host is warm, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. He goes out of his way to accommodate us during our stay. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Salzburg.

Would definitely recommend! Fantastic location! Close to old town but away from the crowds and the noise. Super close to Mirabell gardens. Lack of air conditioning was not an issue in early June because it cools down at night.

Beautiful apartment, outstanding view. I travel ALOT and I love to have a view from wherever I stay. This AirBnb has an excellent view. It is walkable, and enjoyably so, to many sites and restaurants in Salzburg. Excellent Airbnb. I would highly recommend.

"The flair of historic Salzburg"

Marcos place was centrally located in a beautiful historic area of Salzburg. We were there for the Sound of Music tour with 3 generations of family members from 20 to 71 in age and even though the climb to Maria’s Abby and the Fortress was challenging, it was definitely do-able and worth it. Restaurants and a market were close by and every turn you had views and history. The apartment itself was just right for 4 people although we only had 3. The beds were comfortable, everything was freshly cleaned, there is a refrigerator, hot plate and clothes washer for your convenience. It was perfect for our stay and Marco was prompt with his responses to our questions. Thank you Marco, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
