It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
