It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Villa Ora is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat surrounded by olive groves. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The cozy studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the more than 50 years old stone house. From the apartment there is exit directly to the garden. The sea is on 50 meters walk trough the garden. From the terrace there is a partial seaview.
