Aja's Place is a very neat and cute little spot located conveniently right next to Mt. Wellington. The room I stayed in was clean, and the common areas were equally well-maintained and inviting. I really appreciated how fresh and clean everything felt throughout my stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. I also had the chance to meet some lovely housemates, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is great—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to the nearest train station. From there, it’s just three stops to get downtown, which made commuting nice (unless it was rainy)! The area felt safe and quiet, with some local shops and cafes nearby as well. Whether you're in Auckland for a short visit or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. I highly recommend Aja’s Place for its comfort, convenience, and warm atmosphere. Will def come back!

Terry is an excellent host. He responded to my queries right away and accommodated my requests. I would totally recommend Terry to anyone looking for a place to stay in Auckland CBD area. His place is super nice too.

I recommend it for all who want to sit back and relax while visiting Auckland with a pleasant and clean space and quiet. I spent 3 weeks here with David, and I really enjoyed it. David is such a great host and caring for my stay. Everything is provided for you; bring your suitcase and enjoy 😉
