NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Guest house in "Historical Hammerschmiede Grafing"

The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Far away from road traffic, bordering on wide meadows and yet only 1 km to the bustling market square. Supermarket, bakery, organic market - all within walking distance 12 minutes by train from Grafing train station to Munich East train station. And the S-Bahn to Munich from Grafing city. A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Stay Nice: Alpine View near Munich *Jacuzzi *2BR

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

S'kloane Wellnesshäusl

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. Additional costs to be paid on site: - Firewood per bag €15 - Final cleaning one-time €98

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

It is a self-contained apartment in a listed, award-winning old Bundwerk-Stadel from 1792. Restaurants and shopping are within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. The footpath leads along the Inn and is easy to ride on with wheels. Family-friendly activities, art and culture are available throughout Chiemgau. If you are looking for a very special accommodation and have a sense of the charm of old things, you will feel comfortable with us.
