Das Haus liegt an einem Skiberg und an der Langlauf Loipe. Wanderwege führen direkt vorm Haus weg. In 8 Minuten zu Fuß, erreichst du ein Sportgeschäft, die Bushaltestelle, den Badesee. Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. Oder du holst dir die Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand außerhalb von Bad Ischl im Salzkammergut. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Vacation home "Tenne"

The charming 35 m² apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein inspires sports and nature lovers with its ideal location. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Our loft is located in the town center and is ideal for your cross-country skiing or hiking vacation. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
