Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.

Cute comfortable one bedroom, one bath lower level apartment. Capital, hospital, and base less than a mile away. Jaycee Park 1 block east. Frontier park 2 blocks north. Fabulous neighborhood, off street parking and free street parking. Perfect for a quick layover (easy access to l-25) or an extended stay for work. (Just pick up some groceries and unpack your bags).
