We loved this home it’s spacious, up dated, entertaining but above all just an all around beautiful home. We will definitely be back again.

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Lovely stay @ Ray’s place. There was a delay during check in but overall the place was good and our family loved it.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard! The location was perfect for the plans we had. I would definitely come back and will also recommend it to others.

All three bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked with dishes and silverware. There was a faint aroma in the home as if perhaps the previous guests cooked something. Other than that, Jennie’s space suited us very well!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

It's my second staying at Melany's...you can't beat the location and the size of the place. The living room might benefit from a rug, and I wasn't able to get the TV to work, but overall this was pretty minor and I didn't have a chance to let her know. Most of the time we were out enjoying the beach and that was great!

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

My daughter picked out Jean’s lovely home for her Birthday celebration. We’re a pretty mellow family and enjoy a cozy and elegant home to celebrate in with great surroundings. This was just perfect. Loved the home so much. Really great living room to watch movies, nice kitchen, comfy bedrooms and lots of yard space for our dogs. Nice hot tub. Really interesting architecture. Amazing huge windows, high ceilings, and the fireplace was a masterpiece. Beautiful trees and bamboo in the yard. Lots of quiet places to relax and destress. Best dog walking neighborhood. Loved it!

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

This was a fun and cute place for our family to stay for our Disneyland trip! Clean and fun!

Pros- Excellent location! Very close to Universal Hollywood, Walk of Fame, The Bus Tours, local restaurants and gas stations. Cons- Although not in most bnb’s, washer and dryer not included, which would have helped particularly for the bed sheets ( two of us may have been taken a bite out of and it was not mosquitoes). Bathrooms have sheer curtains, lacking privacy for those who may mind being watched by birds or drones lol. This home has a 1930’s old but Elite vibe with a fantastic view of the city , especially at night. It is quiet and peaceful. The very narrow road in the division reminds me of the architecture of Paris. Great stay overall.

We were in the area for a life-saving surgery for my dog and Sarah was very accommodating by being super pet friendly, as we were traveling with four dogs. She left a tennis ball for the dogs and even had poop bags on standby. This made it an easy choice to go with Sarah and relived stress for us. The home was very beautiful, spacious and clean. It was a fun property to spend a majority of our time at thanks to all the amenities like the pool, the hottub, basketball court, the games etc. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that's easy to locate. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The master bathtub is wonderful too.

This place was awesome. Very private and secure. The house had everything you needed. Great amenities. The kitchen allowed you to make great meals. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.

We were in Pomona for a Quinceanera and needed to find a place to accommodate everyone in my immediate family. When I found the place and looked at the pictures I instantly booked. The overall stay was better than we expected. The check-in and instructions were easy. Everything was as described and in the pictures. The house was clean and nicely set up and felt like a home. The host was reachable and even FaceTimed when we had an issue with the spa and got it working. His quick and immediate response made the stay even much more accommodating and better. One person in the party fell in love with the massage chair. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Great place to stay! Comfortable space for our large family. Very private and safe neighborhood. Easy access to the 118. We will be back next time in LA.

This home was beautiful. The host ensured the cleanliness, and the house was very accessible. Our stay was peaceful, and the added amenities of the gym and pools were a plus. Would 100% recommend this house for anyone looking for a luxurious place to stay.

It was just as the photos and description said. Very clean, well stocked, and had everything you could ever need in a home. Very accessible and hosts were always quick to respond and very communicative. Only thing was that some of the instructions for the hot tub and pool were confusing, and some things had to be clarified with the host as they differed from what the little booklet said. Regardless, it didn’t put a damper on our stay, and we had a great time! Loved the location and neighborhood was quiet and delightful. Can’t wait for our next visit and will hopefully be back very soon:)
