Villa Combade

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Charming 150 m² quiet house, ideal for a vacation in the heart of nature. Enjoy a heated 4x9 m swimming pool (shared with the owner) from June to mid-September, a one-hectare pond, a petanque court and views of the countryside. 10 km from Bellac, 30 km from Limoges and Oradour-sur-Glane (historical site), and 10 km from Lake Saint-Pardoux (water activities, restaurant). On site, small dwarf goats and an Ouessant sheep will delight young and old.

The Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Artists, fishermen, hikers, lovers of history and old stones, we would love to welcome you to our beautiful region of Limousin.

Accommodation located 40 minutes from LIMOGES, 10 minutes from BELLAC with restaurant, supermarket and municipal swimming pool, and 30 minutes from LAKE SAINT-PARDOUX which offers 3 sandy beaches, equipped with multisport grounds, playground and picnic area. Swimming supervised in July and August. A practical guide will be available in the cottage for more outings!!

Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

The old orchard cottages, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from Oct 6 to Apr 10) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe, it is accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

Vous logerez dans l'agrandissement de notre maison de campagne. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un séjour au calme. Logement spacieux avec une cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, un couchage clic-clac en bas idéal pour les enfants et une chambre en mezzanine non fermée à l'étage. Enfin vous profiterez d'une magnifique vue dans le salon avec également un accès terrasse.

Quiet ground floor studio in a former bakery, with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and woods. Ideal for a naturist couple seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside. Access to the jacuzzi and sauna (available all year round) is free. The host is a member of the French Federation of Naturism (FFN).
