Farm community in old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is a lot to discover on a tour: the old mill and fortifications, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays) and, last but not least, our flock of chickens. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people plus 2 small children and can be combined with additional vacation accommodations/guest rooms if needed (see listing "Relax and Enjoy")

Our apartment “Im Schafft'l” is located in the beautiful wine village of Ramsthal, in a side valley of the Franconian Saale in the district of Bad Kissingen on the edge of the Rhön. The location is ideal for numerous excursions. Start directly at the apartment on a well-signposted hike through the Ramsthal vineyard landscape or on the poetic forest hiking trail. Linger at the “terroir f”, one of the “magical places” of Franconian wine and a popular vantage point.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

KE-Tiny settlement house Paulchen

This great accommodation is located on a beautifully landscaped and fenced property, in the middle of Oerlenbach but very quiet. Our accommodations are great for families or groups of several people. In the house Paulchen and Charlie each up to 4 people. The tiny houses are beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Each of the houses has 2 double beds and the Buddy house has a sofa bed which is very comfortable.

Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. Welcome to our holiday apartment Kornspitz! The inviting apartment in a former bakery house is cozy and spacious. You can spend a nice vacation or work in peace on approximately 50 m². In the small, cozy bedroom "Kornspitzboden", there is a 160x200cm double bed. If required, the living room can sleep two more persons separately. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a bathtub.
