Cozy house with its own terrace and access to large garden. There is direct access to forest, where in a 5-minute walk you can enjoy Svendborgsund and a 15 minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is located 10 min. bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a self contained house, next to the main house where the hosts live. The house has two rooms, a large bathroom as well as a living room with smaller but fully functional kitchen. TV with apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge an electric car.

The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults.
