The sunroom, great for board games and leads to an outdoor area with a small fire pit (weather and law permitting). Two entrances allows for two totally private rentals in the home by sharing a main wall with doors that lock from both sides.

We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .
