Holiday houses in Raponji

De villa is prachtig, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoogwaardige materialen buiten en in de keuken, erg prettig. Het zwembad is heerlijk met warme temperaturen. Een huurauto is nodig om zo de omgeving te verkennen. Pula op een halfuur rijden, net zoals Rovinj. Het dorpje Bale in de buurt is authentiek en daarom erg leuk. De slaapkamers hebben allen een eigen badkamer, ook heel schoon en netjes. Genoeg handdoeken en kastruimte. De bedden liggen erg fijn. De communicatie ging soepel. Anton reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Een aanrader voor als je lekker wil ontspannen in de rust :)

Luksuzno uređena kuća, još ljepša u živo nego na fotografijama i odmah smo se osjećali kao da smo kod kuće! Antonija nas je najsrdačije dočekala, nakon puta smo mogli odmah gricnuti sir i pršut, popiti čašu vina, a djecu je dočakao sladoled! Bez riječi smo koliko je Antoniji i njenoj obitelji stalo do gostiju, brinula je o svakom detalju da nam odmor bude savršen. Čistoću bih posebno istaknula-na vrhuncu, a kuhinja je savršeno opremljena! Djeca su uživala u bazenu, luftićima, loptama, nogometu, trampolinu, Playstation 5, društvenim igrama, badmintonu - odmor iz snova uz puno aktivnosti. Uživali smo u privatnosti bazena i kuće, predivnim šetnjama, posjetili Rovinj - više puta, Bale, Motovun - sve je blizu da se može napraviti lijep izlet. Oduševljeni smo pizzeriom Grimani koja je udaljena 5 minuta, u centru mjesta-najbolja pizza, pogotovo Nutella pizza! I restoran Mime's je odličan. Još jednom posebna zahvala divnoj Antoniji - vidimo se opet! Savršena kuća za obitelj s djecom!

Wir hatten uns schon beim buchen in das Haus verliebt und das schürt natürlich Erwartungen. Das diese dann noch übertroffen wurden als wir es in Live gesehen haben war wirklich schön. Die beiden haben da ein tolles, voll durchdachtes und bestens ausgestattetes Feriendomizil erschaffen. Dieses ist geeignet einen wundervollen und in unserem Fall entspannten Urlaub zu gestalten, den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und durch Andrè pro aktiv so daß wir uns stets umsorgt fühlten. Kleine Gastgeschenke in Form von Lebensmitteln seien es Getränke, Kaffee oder Obst rundeten den super Eindruck ab. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus.

Tutto perfetto, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per ottimo soggiorno, la villa si trova in un posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso e la proprietaria è stata molto amichevole.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

De accommodatie en het zwembad zijn om van te dromen. Ons gezelschap van 7 personen, van jong tot oud, heeft heel wat uurtjes in het zwembad doorgebracht. 's-Avonds gaan de buitenlichten aan en dan is de omgeving van het zwembad werkelijk prachtig. De ouders van Sandi wonen boven de accommodatie en zij zijn er als je ze nodig hebt. Sandi zelf is uiterst behulpzaam en reageert meteen op vragen e.d. In het dorp is niet veel te doen maar met de auto ben je binnen 35 minuten bij prachtige stranden en leuke dorpen en steden. Wij kunnen deze locatie ten zeerste aanbevelen. Dank aan Sandi en zijn ouders.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Komplett neu und tip top sauber und gepflegt. In dieser Wohnung war ALLES vorhanden. Wasser für die Gäste, Waschmittel, AntiMücken Zeug, Bügeleisen, Fön, Nähset, Besteck und Gläser, Holzbretter, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, und und und. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wahnsinns Terasse mit cooler Lounge und Wäscheständer 😊 Die Gegend ist etwas weiter außerhalb aber dafür komplett ruhig. Orena war freundlich und ihre Mutter auch. Wir konnten flexibel ein und auschecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
