Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

This basement apartment was adorable and the hosts thought of everything to make this convenient. We never saw them, but it was nice knowing they were upstairs. Yes, occasional footsteps due it being an older but remodeled home, but not the least disturbing. Thank you to Lauren for all the attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable too!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

There are a number of things I knew I would like about this space ahead of time-the location is fantastic, the layout of the space was ideal for our needs, and it had great reviews about the things that are important to me (cleanliness for instance). What really stood out though are the little extra touches that made the stay more comfortable. There was a keurig in addition to a coffee maker, coffee there to use for both, ample dw detergents, paper towels and such, bath products, and comfortable furnishings as a few examples. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

My parents came to Maryland for the first time to visit us and spend time with their granddaughter and they were so happy in Melissa’s place! They had everything they needed to have a comfortable and restful stay. You would barely know this is a basement unit with its spaciousness, kitchen area, living room and even sunlight through the bedroom window. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and they’re within walking distance to a beautiful park. The only challenge they encountered was the step into the bathroom but we knew about that in advance thanks to Melissa’s proactive communication and transparency. Melissa was so responsive and it was a relief to me to know my parents were in a safe, clean and lovely place within walking distance of us. Now they’re excited to visit us again and stay in Melissa’s place!

The space is in a walkout basement with a large yard. The kitchen area has every gadget that you could want. There is no kitchen sink but there is a utility room. We did not do any cooking but there was a microwave, toaster oven and electric fry pan and other kitchen items.. There is a Keurig and an also a conventional coffee maker. There is an electric fireplace in the living room for heat and an electric blanket for the bedrooms.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

My fiancée and I loved Aliya’s place & will definitely be booking again. It has all the entertainment you need under one roof that you don’t have to leave the house to spend any additional money. She has the home theater with the popcorn , massage chair, pool table, video games, & board games just something for everybody to enjoy. This is one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in thus far.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

Great 1 bedroom, super cute, clean and quiet. Rented it for a weekend exploring Richmond with my sister, and we had a great time!

Our second time staying at Kara’s and it was just as wonderful as the first! Kara’s place is our perfect home base for exploring Shenandoah NP! The stocked kitchen and washer/dryer are excellent amenities. The space is gorgeous and cozy! We had the pleasure of meeting Kara (and her pup!) this stay, and she is just as sweet in person as she is via message. Don’t second guess it, book Kara’s place!! We will certainly be back!

Dana's place is exactly what you need for a peaceful stay in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Anything you need is within walking distance. Her place is exactly as advertised. Dana's communication was always on point. Qw had no issues and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the DC area!

It was a lovely stay in a very nice unit. It was comfortable, easily accessible, and well-maintained. The fact that we didn't have to climb down a steep set of stairs really made a difference. The location was perfect for our granddaughter's musical performance for us. We will certainly request your home next time we are in DC.

We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly roomy—which made it easy for me to navigate in my wheelchair (aside from the doorway, which was a large step in). I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like board games, books, and a cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a long day. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip back to Nova.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Severe thunderstorms came through and took out the power while we were at a get-together in DC. Alexis let us know right away, provided candles, and offered to refund nights if we went to a hotel. We stayed there because the basement remained cool. Bedroom was nice and dark, and we slept well on the bed. All of the listed amenities were there and in good working order. Alexis was flexible and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at Eric and Carey's beautiful apartment in Richmond and we hope to be back soon! Great location, super responsive hosts, and lovely space. One of our favorite AirBnBs - definite 5 star in every way.

My fiancée and I drove in from Ohio to visit the DC area for the first time and Katie & Marcus did not disappoint! Great communication, willing to accommodate and recommended some great places to eat at. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Takoma Park/DC experience!

Bob, was super friendly and communicated very well. His Airbnb is accommodating & so cute inside, & outside. It is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, while also being only a 10 minute walk from a metro station.

Best airbnb stay yet! Beautiful location and views. You can lay in bed and watch the sunrise. This is a beautiful place where birds rule! Carol made us feel right at home and was always responsive and welcoming. There is a mattress firmness for everyone. We felt like Goldilocks trying out all the beds. There were three of us and we each found the bed that was best for us. The shower is amazing and so is the view! This will become my homebase when I visit the area. Many thanks to Carol. I will be seeing you again.

I highly recommend this place for those needing to visit the area or surrounding DC areas. We had to be in The Wharf area in DC for work-related reasons, and this place was much better than any of the hotels there. The place is exactly as described. And the hosts were extremely accommodating to our departure time given our unusual work schedule. Within 15-minute drive there are numerous restaurants and parks, and we were only about 40 minutes from the Wharf area. Excellent place to stay!
