🏡 Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Dorf und liegt im Untergeschoss (Keller) eines Zweifamilienhauses. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Treppe. 🅿️ Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen auf den gekennzeichneten Stellplätzen an der Straße zur Verfügung. Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Ärzte, Post und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist 850 m, der Bahnhof Rastatt 6,6 km entfernt. Die Buslinie 222 fährt montags bis freitags vom Zentrum zum Haus nur bis 20:20 Uhr.

Gerne würde ich Euch in meiner stylischen und hellen Ferinwohnung im 1.OG, in die ich viel Herzblut gesteckt habe, begrüßen. Es gibt 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem großen Bett, plus eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. 1 großes Bad - Dusche +Badewanne, sowie einen Ess- und Arbeitsbereich. Küche ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank , Mikrowelle , Kochfeld , Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher , Spülmaschine. Kaffee+Tee + Grundausstattung gratis vorhanden. 2 Baby Reisebetten inklusive Bettwäsche vorhanden.

Das kleine süße Tiny House ist ein absolutes Highlight. In unter 30 qm befindet sich im modernen Häuschen alles, was man benötigt - ganz nach dem aktuellen Tiny House Stil. Platziert im Tor zum Murgtal sind sowohl der Schwarzwald als auch Städte wie Baden-Baden und Karlsruhe schnell zu erreichen. Historie: Erbaut wurde das Grundstück ab 1920 und war bis zu den Anfang 2000er ein kleiner Getränkemarkt. Das Tiny House wurde vor dem Umbau als Lager / Verkaufshaus genutzt.
