It is only 20 km from the well-known spa town of Meran, which offers an almost inexhaustible range of sports and entertainment possibilities in every season. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten im Osten des Hauses. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Ganz speziell designed – wie die Südtiroler Natur. Viel Silberquarzit aus dem Pfitschtal (weltweit einzigartig) und mit sehr beruhigenden Qualitäten und ganz viel Holz. Und der Luxus steht im Vordergrund. Das Chalet bietet zwei Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einen großen Wohnraum mit Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick in den Wald und ein privates Jacuzzi. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen noch eine finnische Sauna, Ruheräume und eine Sonnenwiese zur Verfügung.

The cosy holiday apartment "BlasigSuite Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 136 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. There are two additional beds that can be positioned as desired by the guests in one of the rooms.

It is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature or for a ski getaway, and it impresses guests with its breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains, its bright interiors with large windows and high-quality wooden furnishings, as well as with its beautiful outdoor area.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

The beautiful villa "Shangrila", which is in mint condition, is situated in Naturno / Naturns and overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV.
