Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ratschings

We (2 couples) had a wonderful weekend at Christina's place. The apartment is great, very clean, cozy, well equipped (towels of various sizes, kitchen with spices, dish towels, many glasses, etc., additional blankets, information material for activities, restaurants, etc.) and with parking. Just around the corner there is a nice bakery. For restaurants, however, you need a car, about a 10-minute drive and then you are already in downtown Sterzing. In summer you can use the small garden in front of the house. There is no dishwasher, but you have a freezer available next to the fridge. The guest toilet (no shower) is very convenient next to the spacious bathroom on the 1st floor (with bath and shower). Christina welcomed us warmly after she described the arrival to us. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

I was surprised by the accommodation, which was prettier and more beautiful than the photos, and I loved it. Dolomiti was also quick to get around by car. The location of the accommodation is also good because it is close to the grocery store. Above all, the interior was so great and I wanted to stay in a cozy accommodation. They met us in person for check-in and check-out and guided us, and I was impressed by their guidance. I highly recommend it!!

First of all a HUGE thank you to the Hosts for their investment in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and looked after. From the welcome breakfast and snacks in the fridge to the communication each day to ensure we were ok to my birthday well wishes. What great hosts. We appreciate you. The accommodation was spotless and I did not want to leave. From I can walk on the floor with bare feet you know it’s clean. The place had a sweet smell throughout. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom we did not need to bring towels or shower gel. The area was peaceful and had shops near by where we could get anything we needed also restaurants were nearby. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Pietro and Francesca.

We felt very comfortable with Gudrun and Daniel. The house are beautiful. The highlight was waking up in the morning to the view of the mountains/valley and at night to the starry sky. Simply fantastic!! Our dog Ellie also felt very comfortable. There are beautiful hiking trails right on the doorstep. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.

We liked the house and its location very much. It is located by a stream, whose rushing did not disturb us. We did a lot of hiking from the house, and we usually didn't meet anyone, it's that lonely there. Only on the weekend was there a little more going on. The kitchen is well equipped and on arrival we stocked up on plenty of food so as not to have to move our car for as long as possible. Everything necessary for baking and cooking is available. After the hikes, we always used the sauna after we had fired up the stove with the available firewood and brought the sauna to temperature. If you want to be available 24/7, you may have to look for another place. Network and thus also the WLAN were not always available. We didn't mind.

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Very nice! We had an ant problem the first few days, but overall it was great. We enjoyed the balcony with the view - especially the shade in the evening. Breakfast at the "zummuellerhof" is recommended!

Elfriede and her family are great hosts and we felt as welcome as we did comfortable. Since the Stachelburg is primarily a restaurant and Elfriede is a fantastic cook, we ate and drank with her every evening and ended the evening with her and her family with many conversations. There were many tips on what to do, and Elfriede always made sure that we needed something in the apartment and that everything was in order and was such an attentive hostess.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We loved our time in the hut. The nature around us was spectacular and there were good options for hikes with stunning views. It was very quiet appart for some hikers and bikers passing on the trail nearby, mostly on the weekend. Giordano was very welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed and more.

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is very pleasant, between mountains and farm animals. Andreas is super responsive, offers very good homemade products and is available on a daily basis. The accommodation was very clean, functional and very pleasant as well. We highly recommend staying there!

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We stayed here for a month while skiing in the Dolomites. The apartment was really nice and a good base for skiing. It has a cozy neighborhood with a lot of animals, and is located not too far from Brixen. Overall very happy with our stay😊

It is an excellent place in the countryside near nature. After long day hikes, we could enjoy the sauna and the hot tub. And thank you for the breakfast.

We had a great time in Scanna. With a vehicle, you can reach many great destinations. Rosaria or her husband had great tips for activities and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, even a few spices, shower gel, etc. The apartment is spacious for two, a little dark, but by sharing the beautiful garden we did not find that bad. We spent a lot of time in the garden, especially for eating and in the evening for a cold drink.

We have rarely experienced such super friendly and attentive hosts. Maria and Dominic were always available, responded quickly and always took care of our well-being. Since it was very hot, they even brought us a fan on request. Really great support ☺️ The check-in went smoothly, as we received helpful instructions beforehand. Parking is right in front of the house. The apartment itself is very lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home On the balcony, you can enjoy the view and also relax in the evening, as the sun goes down. In the village itself, there are restaurants and a bakery. The next largest city, Lana, is very quick to reach and offers several shopping opportunities. We highly recommend the hike to the Knottnkino and the hike to the little Ifinger ⛰️
