Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Welcome to beautiful Ratzeburg! You will stay in the "old mill" in Ratzeburg and thus in one of the oldest buildings in the city. The apartment was furnished in 2023. You will stay quietly yet centrally. The lakes are only about 300 meters away and the city center is also within walking distance. The size of the apartment is about 33 square meters. Small but nice ;-) However, the kitchen does not have an oven. There is a private parking space and you can also sit outside

The immediate proximity to both Lübeck and the Baltic Sea offers countless opportunities to fully enjoy the break from everyday life.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Ratzeburg am Biotop

You will be staying in an energy self-sufficient passive house built in 2015. The energy comes only from the sun in summer. Arrival also by bus from Hamburg Wandsbek directly to Ratzeburg or by the Hamburg Transport Association local transport via Büchen/Mölln with a large-area ticket ABCDE. Alternatively, regional train from Kiel via Lübeck to Ratzeburg. The bus stops 3 minutes' walk from the senior citizens' residence.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. In addition, the apartment has a 20 qm bathroom with large bathtub and shower, a quiet, sunny balcony and a patio in the garden.

15 minutes walk to the cathedral island of Ratzeburg. 2 minutes to the loop trail around Küchensee. 4 minutes to an unguarded natural bathing place at Küchensee; 10 minutes to a guarded bathing place in Ratzeburger See. 5 minutes to the bus stop to Mölln and Hamburg. To Lübeck 20km, to Hamburg 50km, to the Baltic Sea 30km by car. Train station within 20 minutes walking distance or also by bus.

The small studio apartment is a quiet, cozy and relaxed starting point to conquer the scenic surroundings or Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin, many idyllic small towns or the Baltic Sea coast. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house, several bathing lakes are nearby. The studio is pretty and conveniently furnished. ATTENTION! I provide sheets and towels, but bed COVERS only for a fee.
