Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The house is quietly located directly on the edge of the forest, about 500 m from the jetty on the lake. The area invites you to take long hikes and bike tours through the Hellbach Valley and the surroundings of the spa town of Mölln. It is very well connected to public transport (a bus stop is right behind the house). Extensive shopping is also accessible in a few minutes, for example by bike.
